Welcome

Pastor Davis’s first service was on December 12, 2021. That service there was 10 people in attendance including family and friends that helped him move. Over the last few months, we have seen God do great things. Since his first service, we have seen as many as 9 people in attendance and have been able to financially support our first missionary on a monthly basis. We are small but growing church and are looking forward to what God is going to do in the days ahead.
At Bible Baptist Church, we are traditional in our worship. You will not find a worldly atmosphere with rock n’ roll music. We still believe in singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Each service will include a sermon preached straight from the King James Bible. If you live in the Fillmore area or are just passing through, we would love to have you visit with us sometime!

The Gospel:
How To Be Saved & KNOW IT!
“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” (1 John 5:13)
1. Recognize you are a sinner.
“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
2. Recognize that a price must be paid for your sins.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
“Wherefore, as by one man sinned entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” (Romans 5:12)
3. Recognize Jesus paid the price for your sins.
“But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
4. Repent of your sins.
“I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.” (Luke 13:3)
“For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.” (2 Corinthians 7:10)
5. Ask Christ to save you.
“Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
